KOLOVOS OIKOSYNTHESIS is a company of prefabricated houses in Nea Peramo, Attica -opposite the suburban station of Nea Peramos-, with its own exhibition and factory space. Anchor In KOLOVOS we are evolving. With our presence, since 1964, with our experience in houses and building constructions, we can and we guarantee you for our constructions.

We study, design constructions of new buildings - houses, prefabricated houses with metal or wooden frames, metal buildings, and bioclimatic houses. We provide construction projects, through the application of design methods and in accordance, always, with the KENAK regulation -Building Energy Efficiency Regulation-.
